How do I track my order? 

We use USPS and when your order has been shipped then an email is sent with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with shipping provider. 

When will my item(s) get to me?
Please wait at least 3-5 business days to receive your package. Once order has been processed then package will be ship using priority shipping via USPS.Please refer to shipping policy for more details.

 

How do I cancel an order? 
 We strive to process purchaes order within same day therefore, we do not allow cancelation of order. 

 

Do you give refund?
Currently, we do not offer refund. However, item may quailfy for store credit. Please see return policy for more details.  

I received a damaged item. What should I do? 
In the event that you receive a damaged item, please email help@femme-duality.com at your earliest convience and provide a photo of damaged item. If applicable, we will provide a return shipping label so that you can send purchase item back with tag in tact. Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur after wearing or washing item.
